So glad to be in DC working with the fab singers and pianists here! Great singing going on along with very intense conversations about why we do what we do. And, at the Kennedy Center, Larry Brownlee and Lisette Oropesa are KILLING IT in Daughter of the Regiment. I wish you could hear the applause that greets the appearance of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. A stage full of great singers and artists could only be upstaged by this kind of greatness!
It all makes me want to find some kind of conclusion to state. But this week, listening seems like right action. It’s my job – and yet, I have so much more to learn about it.
